The bed was large, the room and bathroom were spacious, and everything looked brand new, plus the views of the lake were breathtakingly beautiful.

The hotel is functional, has lovely views and MARVELLOUS location not far from town center, the centre of Alkmaar and many restaurants of all types. The suite is new-fashioned and has a private safe, a mini-bar and central heating.

The breakfast here was amazing, serving delicious options like fruits and scrambled eggs.

Convenient for the station and just a short walk to the centre of the towm. Large room with seating arear; bath aswell as a shower. Breakfast has a reasonable choice. No evening meals but plenty of places within walking distance. Very small bar. Staff very friendly - all speak English

Located in an excellent position with a short walk in to the centre, very good facilities with frendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for a short break or a business stay. A large selection of different foods were available for breakfast catering for everyone taste. Also the chef would cook to order if you wanted some thing different. Excellent value for money !!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of the city center. We loved exploring the old town and trying out the various cafes and restaurants. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the room service and the option for laundry services. The hotel also had a lovely bar/lounge area where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

We liked the friendly and helpful staff, large room, efficient room cleaning service, good breakfast choice, late breakfast at weekend, reasonable hotel price (good deal via Booked.net for 5 days), close proximity to the town and station.

We did not like tha fact that breakfast items were removed at exactly 10 o'clock during the week days. If you arrived after 9:30 it was a rush to complete breakfast. Although most hotels will not serve you after 'closing time', they will leave the breakfast items out for longer to allow people to finish their breakfast without having to rush it.
